The follow up to David Rust’s Remix of Question Mark ‘The Birds’ is here and this time round Sam Townend remixes another Tidy classic giving it a twisted Untidy sounding remix.
A kick intro propels you into a rumbling bassline with that American vocal hook throwing you around for good measure. Sam’s adds a nice synth sound builds with the vocal into a teasing build, re-enter that deep kick drum, a snice drum build then… Wallop! It all comes together in one thumping track. The track has a raw sounding edge to it which makes this stand out quite a bit.
The original was a great track and I think Sam has done it justice with his interpretation. Sam is a massive name in the hard house scene and firmly rooting his feet within the tougher house world too.
