This was massive the first time it was released a few decades ago and now it’s even bigger thanks to a BK remix.
Maddox’s original was a boundary breaker with a heavy techno influence which was evident throughout. BK has taken the track and totally transformed it, (as all good remixes should be), into something of a ferocious little ankle biter, again maintaining some of he original elements but giving it a 2021 hard house revamp. Listening to this confirms BK was he right choice for this remix. The vox he has interwoven throughout the track gives the track an alternative identity. There are also some great trance sounds in places which work very well. All in all, it’s a great interpretation.
Both of these producers are influential and prolific within our scene and it’s great to see both names on this release.

The Drained series is becoming something of a ‘Tales of the Unexpected’ series… just when you know what’s coming next there is a twist.
