These guys are no strangers to our scene having previously released on 12 Inch Thumpers but this time their latest release showcases on Tidy White and it’s different to what you may expect from them.
The pair are well know for delivering throbbing hard house but this release takes them down more of a hard trance fusion with an energetic release. I say fusion as it does contain quote a tough off-beatish bassline which for me is the one hard house element in the track. Does it work well though? Actually, yes it does.
There are plenty of juicy analogue sounds in this as well a nice breakdown over which is laid a vocal statement talking recreational dance. It’s quite a deep and meaningful statement when you actually listen to it.
It’s good to see Tidy White back, especially with a good release like this one.
You take the boys away from hard house but you can’t take the hard house out of them.
