Firstly, we want to thank all the Tidy family who have stuck with us and retained your tickets for the Tidy 25 Weekender. It seems unthinkable that on September 30th 2019 tickets went on sale and here we are in June 2021, three weeks away from returning to Prestatyn and we are now faced with having to reschedule the event again.
And so, we can confirm, that due to the current COVID restrictions and the change to the Government road-map that we have rescheduled The Tidy 25 Weekender to July 8th, 9th and 10th 2022 at Pontins Prestatyn North Wales.
As we are sure everyone can appreciate, we are heavily invested both financially and emotionally in this event and so we hope you will all retain your tickets for next years rescheduled dates and so we can make this the party the biggest and best possible, which is now on the anniversary of the 20th year of the Tidy Weekenders… it was probably meant to be!
However, we do also appreciate that some people can no longer attend due to changes in circumstance, and whilst the change in date is totally our of our control we do want to be fair with everyone. So anyone who can no longer attend and wishes to relinquish their chalet we will provide a a full refund up until July 1st 2021. Thereafter any ticket cancellations will be subject to the deposit being forfeited as we have administrative costs to cover. If this does affect you please email email@example.com and we will deal with your booking but please be patience as we are a small but enthusiastic team!
To also provide you with further flexibility should you need to let your chalet go after July 1st and can find someone to take it on, we will not charge for transferring it to a 3rd party and you will not lose your deposit. This will be affective until March 1st 2022.
If you have a room and people in your party can no longer make the new dates however you would still like to come, downgrade options are available so please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. This will be affective until July 1st 2021. (Please note, you can not downgrade to less than a 2 berth room).
As it stands all accommodation had sold out but if cancellations happen we will release rooms back into stock, which will no doubt go very quickly, as and we have been inundated with emails from people who can now go in 2022, which is great news.

Again we are totally gutted that we are forced into this last minute change but as ever at Tidy we always try and look on the bright side of life and we are already laying plans to make this Weekender even better!
In the meantime we can look forward to our official come back parties at Tidy South, the O2 Academy Bournemouth (Opera House) on Sep 4th 2021, and Tidy North at the Mint Warehouse on Sept 11th 2021. These will be the first Tidy events in over 2 years and we fully expect them both to sell out quickly. There’s no party like a Tidy party and we can’t wait to be back doing what we do best!
